Troubleshooting Guide

 No Syrup is coming out!

There are 2 main causes:

Only 1 line is not working
(but the others are working)

ALL of the lines are not working
(water only coming out)
1.  If you only have soda water (carbonated water) coming out check that the BIB is still full

A. If it is full but product is not moving the QCD connector may not be fully seated
B.  If connector is seated, the push pin tab inside the neck of the BIB may have been pushed inwards  This plastic ring with a tab inside the neck of the BIB is not as sturdy as we would like.  Sometimes it may get "pushed" into the bag.  If you are VERY careful you can pull it back out!

If you are only getting plain water (not carbonated) out of every valve (or button on a gun) then you can usually fix that on your own.  *Careful: Plain water coming out of a dispenser might look carbonated at first glance because it gets stirred up and this traps
bubbles. The best way to know if it's carbonated or not is to dispense some of this water into a cup and look for carbonation there.
activator tab on BIB syrup
This is the "tab" that must push on the QCD
connector so syrup can flow

pull out this ring
You can try CAREFULLY pulling out on this
tab, or pushing it out by pressing behind it.
This connector is fragile, and if it breaks you
have just lost all the syrup in that bag.

  YOU HAVE NO GAS

So if you have PLAIN water only (not carbonated) coming out of every valve (or button on a gun) and you have no syrup, then you're not getting gas to your pumps. Either your CO2 tank is turned off, empty, or you have a shut-off valve that has been shut off!

This is Shut OFF

This one is turned ON!

2. The other possibilities are that your syrup
pump is no longer working or your line is
clogged internally, or your valve is no longer
working.

Unfortunately repairing any of these issues is
more complicated than most people can handle
without specialized tools and experience, so
we recommend you get SERVICE

Make sure your cylinder is opened up.

Make sure your shut off valve is turned ON.

If you have CARBONATED water coming out, but no syrup then try this:

1. Run your carbonated water for 1 full minute. Is it still carbonated? If not, go to the section above that says "YOU HAVE NO GAS"

2. If you run your water and it's STILL carbonated and you also DON'T have syrups, then you're just not getting pressure to your pumps. There is a secondary (additional) regulator somewher that has been shut off. If you cannot find it, then just get SERVICE
