Contract for Installation of Parts and Labor

This agreement is entered into in South Houston, Texas made between ___________________  (hereafter called “Client”) located at address: _______________________________ and Carbonics, INC. (hereafter called “Carbonics”) located at 506 Nebraska St, South Houston, Texas 77587.

Carbonics agrees to provide parts and labor based on the following terms and conditions:
  1. Client shall provide Carbonics with one half (50%) of the estimated parts and labor cost of this quotation up front to initiate this contract.
  2. The remainder of the costs shall be remitted by the Client to Carbonics upon the completion of the job.  The job will not be completed without payment, and all equipment belongs to Carbonics until the final bill is paid in full.  If no one is available to make payment the work will not be completed and the Client will be charged an additional $300.00 re-scheduling fee.
  3. Carbonics and the Client agree that in the case of a CONTRACT for a flat fee, Carbonics will make best efforts to perform the work within the allotted time quoted. Furthermore, a CHANGE ORDER must be signed by the Client if the Client changes the scope of the work in a manner that incurs an additional expense of time or material.
  4. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the date of its acceptance by the Client.  Deposits must be paid before Carbonics will order equipment or schedule a Service Crew.
  5. Client agrees to pay all attorney's fees for Carbonics in the case of an arbitration, dispute, or court case.
  6. All equipment is the sole property of Carbonics until the entire contract is paid in full and a sales receipt for the equipment is issued to the Client.

5/3/18: met with Greg to discuss Beer System design options.

5/7/18: ordered Trunk line

5/11/18: Received Trunk and keeping it on hold until needed.

7/27/18: installed trunk line through cooler in anticipation of cabinet work.

8/6/18: Received equipment, several pieces incorrect, including wall panels and drain pan, and glycol chiller!

8/9/18: Received second shipment of equipment, the wall panels are still wrong.

8/14/18: We have received all the correct equipment and waiting on Client for install date

8/17/18: Reach out to Greg via email to see if he has a projected install date.

8/20/18: Greg says they will be ready for install 8/27 or 8/28. We're dropping off the drain pan today.

8/28/18: Cabinet guy is re-working cabinet, Greg will call when he is ready for an install. (possibly this friday)
