Contract for Installation of Parts and Labor

This agreement is entered into in South Houston, Texas made between ___________________ (hereafter called “Client”) located at address: _______________________________ and Carbonics, INC. (hereafter called “Carbonics”) located at 506 Nebraska St, South Houston, Texas 77587.

Carbonics agrees to provide parts and labor based on the following terms and conditions:

Client shall provide Carbonics with one half (50%) of the estimated parts and labor cost of this quotation up front to initiate this contract.

The remainder of the costs shall be remitted by the Client to Carbonics upon the completion of the job. The job will not be completed without payment, and all equipment belongs to Carbonics until the final bill is paid in full. If no one is available to make payment the work will not be completed and the Client will be charged an additional $300.00 re-scheduling fee.
Carbonics and the Client agree that in the case of a CONTRACT for a flat fee, Carbonics will make best efforts to perform the work within the allotted time quoted. Furthermore, a CHANGE ORDER must be signed by the Client if the Client changes the scope of the work in a manner that incurs an additional expense of time or material.
The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the date of its acceptance by the Client. Deposits must be paid before Carbonics will order equipment or schedule a Service Crew.
The parts and labor are described below:

	Columnar Drain Trays	$220 each for the drain trays.
	Juliette 3 or 5 Glycol or Air cooled 17 1/8" height, faucet height 13" $1794 3-faucet non-LED 15 5/16" width $2220 3-faucet with LED medallions $2250 5-faucet non-LED 24 11/16" width $2952 5-faucet with LED (as pictured)	I think this tower would look nicest. You'll have to picture it without the LED medallions that are on this example. You can always go with one of the other towers that I included here to give you options, but this one is the coolest looking tower, that would seem to fit with a Tommy Bahama's better than these other uninspiring towers. Your choice though. of course. $2250 for the 5-faucet non-led version ( X 2 towers)
	Faucets Faucets can come in Stainless Steel, 304 Grade Stainless (for wine), or in chrome plated Brass for extra economy.	The Juliette comes with the upgraded Stainless Steel faucets pictured here. (the other towers come with the economy chrome-plated brass faucets)

If your gas blend is not right you will have eiher flat beer or foamy beer. Both of which cost you income! 	Miscellaneous Parts There are hundreds of fittings, clamps, brackets, ties, splicers, adapters, types of tapes, types of insulation, sealers, gap fillers, etc that are used in every installation. *Pricing for estimates or quotes is an educated estimate, not an exact figure unless specified as "flat fee." Not having product, power & water at the time of installation will result in additional trip charges. Estimated installation does not include electrical, plumbing, tubing chase core drilling, or cutting of specialty countertops. No installation work will begin if a responsible party (decision maker) is not available on site. End user is responsible for adequate ventilation & air circulation of all air cooled equipment per manufacturer's specifications.	I estimate $100 worth of splicers, clamps, tape, extra insulation, fittings, etc.
