How to take Calls for Beer System Install or Repair

       

 
1.  Is this for an install of a new System?
      A.  Get contact information (Name, business name, phone, email) give to Chrisy
      B.  If for remodel:  Get contact information (Name, Business Name, phone, email

2.  Is this for a repair?
       Are you aware that we'll have to charge, unless we installed it and its still under warranty?
      A.  Get contact info (Name, Business, phone, email, nature of problem)  give to Chrisy
      B.  For CO2 leak get all info, but then alert Chrisy immediatly so we can someone right away.

We repair All beverage dispensing equipment:  coffee, tea, soda, beer, frozen drinks, and all the components that make it work.  We charge for our services, we do not sell any beer
