CO2: leak, flat, no gas
|
- Is the tank empty?
- Did they have a washer?
- Check for current leak with handwheel and gauge
- If they don't have a leak, but lost a tank of gas, they could have had a missing BIB, or someone could have left a keg-coupler "open" at some point. We can only fix leaks that are happening at the time.
- If they have a leak, transfer to Service Manager
- If Sodas are flat, but syrup is coming out, then it's a brixing problem, or they if they just changed tanks they need to run the soda for a solid 60 seconds.

Going through too much gas!
|
- 1. Did they have a washer?
- Is there a leak?
- Did they run out of BIB for a while, but now they have a box hooked up?
- If they want a technician to come check it out, we charge a Service Charge, plus 1 hour labor: transfer to Service Manager.

Sodas are too Foamy
|
- Are they out of ice? That will make CO2 break out
- Dirty lines cause foam, are the lines clean, or do they need a Service Call for that?
- The primary regulator on a Soda system should be 100-105 PSI, if more then they are getting over-carbonated.
- They might just need a Brix: Transfer call to Service Manager
|
No Syrup out of my Soda dispenser/gun |
- If no lines are working they are probably out of CO2
- If one line isn't working the QCD/BIB connection might not be good
- If one line isn't working, that pump might have failed: Transfer call to Service Manager
|
Nothing works soda dispenser |
- The machine may have been turned off with a key
- machine may be unplugged
- Otherwise they should at least get water out of the valves. If not maybe electrical circuit has tripped
|
Sodas Are flat dispenser/gun |
- Are they out of CO2 (empty tank)?
- Was the tank recently changed? If so, they will need to run soda for a solid 60 seconds
- The primary regulator for Soda system should be 100-105 PSI
- Do they have ice in the dispenser (or on the cold plate)? Warm sodas will be flat
- If they need a technician transfer call to Service Manager
|
Soda or Beer pump is making a constant sound |
- If sound is a repetitive "puff" they are out of BIB syrup. They can put the connector is a bucket of water temporarily.
- If sound is continuous "hissss" their pump is probably blown, and they need a technician. If they are willing you can talk them through disconnecting the air-supply for that pump, otherwise, transfer call to Service Manager.

Beer is too Foamy! |
Temperature / Pressure / Sanitation
- All lines = too warm (glycol chiller or cooler problem)
- If only one or a few lines they likely need a technician: Transfer call to Service Manager
|
Sodas Taste Funny |
- If they recently changed the CO2 tank they may need to run soda for a solid 60 seconds
- System may need Brixing: transfer call to Service Manager
